It seems that it was one month ago that i was preparing my luggage to go on another journey abroad. Once again Kaunas in Lithuania was my destination but this time for my Leonardo da Vinci Internship. But the reality is that six months passed and it is now time to make the maths and check the results. (more…)

Yatta! – We did it!
Last moday was the information seminar that we, the Derpartment Of International Relations of Kaunas University Of Applied Sciences, organized. Being on Valentine’s Day we decided to call it “In Love With Erasmus” and despite containing the word “Erasmus” on its title the seminar was about all the mobility programs available in this institution. Why did we include this word in the title – well to tell you the trutgh it was for marketing purposes. The fact is that “Erasmus” despite being one of many mobility programs is by far the most famous right now. (more…)

Yep … It is happening, on September the 29th 2010 I am going back to Kaunas (Lithuania). This is the second time that I’m going to live in that city since I’ve already been there for 9 months in Erasmus back in the school year of 2008/2009, but this stay will be quite smaller probably until mid March 2011.
This time I am going back to Kaunas for my Leonardo Da Vinci internship in that city – actually I am going to the came institution that hosted me while I was an Erasmus student – I feel extremelly lucky and I would like to thank both Mr. Marius Bobina, with who I contacted with during all the process of preparation of this internship, all my previous teachers and finally the KAUKO administration for accepting my application. By the way if you’re wondering about which institution I am referring to Kaunas College (visit: Kauko.lt).
What’s the plan?
To tell you the truth my expectations are high – I am extremelly motivated to do what I’m supposed to do there. I am very happy because I will be able to work in my area (“web”) and as far as I know I will be involved in the process of online optimization and online presence – right now im thinking about “langind pages optimisation”, both On-page and Off-page, SEO, Google Analytics Reports optimization, optimizing the Social Media interaction, mailing lists management and other features.

What have I been up to latelly? Well, I didn’t write much over the last weeks mainly because i was quite busy with Exams, presentations and more activities related with studies.
One of the good news is that, probably, i will apply for the “Leonardo Da Vinci” exchange program and if all goes well i’ll probably go abroad have an, hopefuly amazing, international work experience. More news on that over the next couple of days.
Also during the last week i’ve been improving my knowledge and experiencing some new tricks with web-related “programing” languages and I’ve been loving it.
Allright, that’s it for the day – no more work. Now I’ll just try to find a decent TED and go to have some rest. So…. I hope all of you will have a great week.
